Email is arguably the most critical component of today's business. If you have ever had a single day or being without internet access and email then you will probably agree.
eMail is even more ciritical to business becasue most of communications with clients, suppliers, prospects and vendors gets done with eMail. Therefore it is essential to have a solid infrastructure that supports an easy-to-access and use interfact, yet it is secure and fault-tolerant.
We have found that Microsoft Exchange provides the platform to support all but the largest organization. We primarly support small businesses, so using Exchange is second nature to out operations. However we will also support a hosted Exchange scenario (as with MailTrust) as well as hosted non-Exchange situations (e.g. Bluehost). Some of the things we can do include: Setting up and managing user accounts and emails, mail forwarding, configuring anti-spam features (e.g. DNSBL/RBL, Postini, SurfControl and Websense), boundary and back-end Exchange server configuration, proper MX record registration for proper mail delivery as well as mail filtering (e.g. McAfee Total Protection).
For user on the go, iPhone and Blacberry integration can be an enormous time saver. Remote users can not only check thier emails seamlessly, they can send/receive messages, check their calendar and appointments, access and update contacts and schedule new appointments, all without having to locally synchronize their device.
