His background covers both hardware and software setup and optimization, virtualization, server, workstation and peripherals setup, Microsoft 365 setup, Azure cloud services configuration.

Art provides support for day-to-day operations and remote monitoring of client networks and is able to assist clients with any issues that may come up, as well as performing routine preventative maintenance and making sure all aspects of your network are optimal

With 12 years of experience, Scott is able to make sure that clients networks are running efficiently and conforms to industry best practices, our standards of security and high availability. His experience covers a range of working with very large infrastructures, data centers and hybrid platforms.

Marla has an extensive background in providing on-site and remote support for clients and troubleshooting routine problems, ranging from assisting clients with user setups and logins, to
diagnosing device and user connectivity, to managing backups and restores.
